Once you book with us, we will then go into full detail with this mood board, adding the items you want to highlight throughout your wedding experience, styles and colors you love, and more!

We take pride in an elevated experience and it shows in each of the 12 weddings we handpick each year. No matter which collection you choose, you will have a custom vision board created along with our very own magazine made specifically for our CWP couples.
Matthew and I will be at your service throughout your selected hours of coverage. Between using 35mm film AND digital, we will be able to capture different angles and ensure the most important moments are preciously documented.

Be prepared for something lovely on your doorstep shortly after booking with us AND a customized gift delivered the day of your Meeting with Mimosa's.
We aren't the type of photographers to send you a link to your gallery and wish you fair-well. We created Meeting with Mimosa's so that we can celebrate the delivery of your gallery with you! Bringing along your favorite treats and walking you through your gallery experience.
WHAT'S NEXT?

Secure your booking by deciding on a collection that fits your vision. Don't worry if you can't decide on the extra's. Heirlooms can be added afterwards and extra coverage can be added up until the day of.
Each of you will look over and sign your contract.

Next, pay your 25% retainer fee (40% for destination weddings as I will be booking my plane tickets and lodging as soon as your venue and plans are finalized).

Then be on the lookout for our 70+ page custom magazine via email in preparation for your engagement / upcoming wedding. This magazine is packed full of info. and checklists to keep you organized while planning.

Last but not least, I will stay in contact with you throughout the wedding planning process. 30 days before, we will send a final vendors and details questionnaire to make sure we have everything up to date on your timeline. 14 days before we will do a phone call to discuss final provisions. We have three add ons to choose from below with an entire array of handmade heirlooms to look through as well. Each of our heirlooms can be chosen now or you can also wait til after your wedding. We love giving the option beforehand so we can have your album draft viewable for your Meeting with Mimosa's reveal.

Our Home Movie collection includes a 2-3 minute highlight video in either color or black & white Super 8 film. These are without any sound and are truly a nostalgic way to document you with your loved ones. Watch our latest HERE.
If you have family coming in from out of town this may be a great option for updated family portraits the day before the wedding. These are 15 minute sessions and they are guaranteed 5 images. To reserve their space they must pay a $100 retainer fee upfront and the remaining $75 will be due the day of the session.
The Day One session is completely customizable and is perfect for couples who want to extend their wedding into the next day or use it for rehearsal coverage. This could be used for a romantic indoor lifestyle session or simply as a fun way to celebrate your first full day married together.

BRIDAL BOUDOIR
BRIDES, HAVE YOU CONSIDERED BOUDOIR?
I recommend adding a boudoir session into your timeline the day of your wedding because you will already have your hair and makeup finished, along with some beautiful garments to wear underneath your gown. Just think, Chelsea could set aside 30 minutes of taking beautiful boudoir images and you wouldn't have to invest in doing them outside of your collection!
However, if you don't have the room for one within your timeline, I suggest adding one on for a different day. Let me if this is something you may be interested in.
