ETHEREAL GARDENS WEDDING

As most of you may know, we consider San Diego our second home. So it's no surprise to see we photographed an Ethereal Gardens wedding there. We have an entire vendor of the month video on Ethereal Gardens that can be viewed HERE for those who are interested in a Southern California wedding.

The lovely thing about this couple is that Matthew worked with them while Active duty in the Marine Corps. We love being able to serve our military community and this Ethereal Gardens wedding was no exception. We began the day with me in the bridal suite while Matthew made his rounds photographing the venue before the guys arrived. While walking around the venue, Matthew noticed Amber's grandfather practicing his lines at the ceremony spot and was able to document a sweet moment of preparation and anticipation.

Once the guys arrived we were able to photograph bridal parties together before the ceremony began. Allowing the bride and groom to have more time for portraits during golden hour. The ceremony itself was held under a beautiful archway of draping greenery. Matthew filmed their ceremony on Super 8 which can be found HERE. Amber wanted the simplicity of the ceremony captured with Super 8 and we loved being able to do that for her. After the ceremony, we had ample time for portraits of both Amber and Garrett. We used every space of Ethereal Gardens to ensure they had plenty of images for their gallery. Ending the night with laughter and tears from their closest friends and families who came from all over to see these two seal the deal. Matthew and I are both blessed to have been able to not just witness their day but document it as well.
