ETHEREAL GARDENS
Most of you know that we began a venue of the month series and this months feature is Ethereal Gardens located in Escondido, California. Matthew and I will be photographing a wedding here this year and we had the opportunity to walk the grounds and wanted to share our insight into this beautiful space.
The first thing we loved about Ethereal Gardens is how easy it was to get to from the interstate. The gardens are set on 40 acres and there are six different ceremony areas to choose from including a barn, greenhouse, chapel, meadow, pergola and open air pavilion. All of which are surrounded by the beauty of natural greenery and florals.
Ethereal Gardens is also one of six Trademark Venues in Southern California. Each venue has its own theme and you can tell by the photos below that Ethereal is definitely more rustic. There is also a large tent available for a reception space, as well as a beautiful open area next to it for cocktail hour. You can also find two getting ready suites available for the couple. As we wrapped up our time at Ethereal Gardens, I became more and more excited about the wedding we will be photographing / Super 8 filming here in the next few months. Matthew and I are in the midst of planning a trip to photograph the rest of Trademark Venues to give you insight into those as well.
