ROSA & KYLE’S INTIMATE ANAHEIM WEDDING
From the very first time I met Rosa and Kyle, I knew I wanted to photograph their wedding. It’s crazy how God works because they had originally planned on having a large wedding at a beautiful venue near Temecula. However, due to Covid they had to improvise and instead they put together a beautiful backyard intimate wedding near Anaheim.
As I arrived that morning, I noticed just how beautiful their intimate wedding was going to be. The home of Kyle’s parents has so much history in their family and the views of the mountains surrounding it just added to its overall beauty.
While Rosa was getting ready I began capturing some black and white film of her and her closest loved ones. For their ceremony both Rosa and Kyle chose different traditions to add. The first being the lighting of the unity candle, followed by handing each woman in the family a bouquet to keep, a beer blending and even added a Communion as well. One of the many reasons I love having an intimate wedding because you can do just about anything you want.
After they said there I do’s, we began their portraits. Most of them were taken on a sidewalk near the neighborhood. The golden hour lighting was just right and we captured the best moments of them together before heading back to their celebratory dinner. I honestly can’t tell you who had more fun – Rosa and Kyle or their loved ones.
