COMMENTS

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

MEDIA

The inquiry form is used for clients wanting to inquire about photography services. No information is sold or used in any other way than directly communicating with the client.

Chelsea Watkins Photography offers the opportunity for You to volunteer certain information that is used for email and marketing purposes. You will have an opportunity to unsubscribe from any future communications via email, but Chelsea Watkins Photography may reserve the right to maintain a database of past email subscribers. Chelsea Watkins Photography reserve the right to use this information as reasonably necessary in her business and as provided by law. PIXEL TAGS:

Chelsea Watkins Photography may use a pixel tag, which is a small graphic file that allows her to monitor the use of her website and provide her with information regarding your interaction with the website. These tags may collect the IP address from the device you are using, and the browser type. Pixel tags are also used by third-party partners to collect information when you visit her website, and she may use this information to display targeted advertisements.

AFFILIATES:

CWP may share your personal information with her business affiliates who promote her product(s) or service(s) for a commission fee. We require affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. They are not allowed to spam you and must disclose they are an affiliate for us.
